What materials are your shutters made of?

Our shutters are available in a range of high-quality materials to suit your style and budget:

1. Real wood: Classic and durable, with a natural grain that adds warmth and character to any room.

2. MDF: an engineered wood product made by compressing wood fibres with resin to create a smooth, strong, and stable panel. Unlike natural wood, it has no grain or knots, which makes it perfect for a flawless painted finish.

3. PVC: moisture-resistant - ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, or other humid spaces. Each material is carefully selected and crafted to ensure your shutters are long-lasting, attractive, and perfectly fitted to your windows.

What is the difference between MDF and Wood shutters?

MDF shutters are hard wearing, offering a smooth finish and great value for money, while wood shutters are lighter and available in more styles and finishes.The best option often depends on the size of your window, the type of window cill, and the room environment. Our installer will assess your windows during the consultation and advise on the most suitable material for your space.

Do you protect furniture and tidy up after fitting?

Always. Our installers take great care to leave your home clean, tidy, and ready to enjoy your

new blinds or shutters straight away.

Do I need to be home during installation?

You don’t need to be home for the full installation. However, it’s helpful to be available at the end so our fitter can show you how your new shutters or blinds operate and answer anybquestions.

Are there any hidden fees (e.g. fitting, delivery, VAT)?

No — there are absolutely no hidden fees. All costs, including fitting, delivery, and VAT, are included in your quote so you know exactly what you’re paying.

How long will it take to receive my blinds or shutters after I order?

Lead times vary: blinds usually take around 2–3 weeks, while shutters are custom-built and can take up to 8–12 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Are your blinds child-safe?

Absolutely. All our blinds are supplied with the latest child-safety features in line with UK safety regulations, and our shutters are cordless by design, making them completely safe for homes with children or pets.

Will you remove my old blinds or shutters?

Yes — we can take down and remove your old window coverings as part of the fitting service if required.

Can I see examples of your work?

Do your blinds and shutters come with a guarantee?

Yes. All our products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee and our own fitting guarantee for peace of mind.
